Most concrete companies make you sit through a sales visit to find out what a square foot costs. Here it is. The bigger the pour, the lower the rate — and every price includes fiber in every pour, excavation, framing, the pour and expansion joints where required.
$1,750 minimum on the concrete. Tear-out of old concrete is a separate line item at $3.50 a sq ft with a $500 minimum. Rebar is available as a quoted add-on. Pricing assumes typical residential lots with limited grade changes — extensive grade changes get priced separately.
Length times width. A 20 by 25 foot patio is 500 sq ft. A 12 by 60 foot driveway is 720. Bigger than 3,000? Type it in.
This pour hits our $1,750 minimum, so that is what the concrete prices at. Tear-out, if any, is added on top.

Broom finish concrete is $7.25 a square foot up to 700 square feet, $6.75 from 700 to 1,000 and $6.50 for 1,000 and up. A 20 by 25 foot patio (500 square feet) is about $3,625. Stained is $7 a square foot more, stamped and stained $27 more, and RV, boat or trailer pads add $1.25 a square foot. The minimum is $1,750, and tear-out of old concrete is $3.50 a square foot with a $500 minimum. Pricing assumes a typical residential lot with limited grade changes.
For most projects you get a written proposal the same day as your free walkthrough. Your start date depends on any permit or HOA approval, the weather and the schedule at the time, and your project manager gives you a date once you sign. After the pour, your project manager tells you when the slab is ready for foot traffic and when it is ready for vehicles.
Every pour includes fiber mixed in at the plant, with no wire mesh. Fiber is spread through the whole slab and helps control shrinkage cracking as the concrete cures. Rebar is available as a quoted add-on — ask your project manager and it goes into your proposal.
It depends on the work and on who has jurisdiction over your address: inside city or town limits it is usually the municipality, outside them the parish. Your project manager confirms which office covers your address and handles the permit, any HOA submittal and the 811 locate call. Each parish page below lists the local permit offices.
