Length times width. A 20 by 25 foot patio is 500 sq ft. A 12 by 60 foot driveway is 720. Bigger than 3,000? Type it in.
This pour hits our $2,500 minimum, so that is what the concrete prices at. Concrete plants charge a short-load fee on small orders (roughly anything under 225 square feet). That fee is why small pours have a minimum. Tear-out, if any, is added on top.
