It uses the same published rates we quote from: broom finish $7.25 a square foot up to 700 square feet, $6.75 from 700 to 1,000 and $6.50 for 1,000 and up, with a $1,750 minimum. Your final number comes in writing after a free walkthrough, where we confirm the measurements, grade and access. Pricing assumes a typical residential lot with limited grade changes. Once you have the proposal, that price does not change unless you change the scope.
Fiber in every pour (no wire mesh), excavation, framing, the pour and expansion joints where required. Demo and haul-off of existing concrete, stained or stamped finishes, RV, boat or trailer pads and rebar are separate line items.
Every pour includes fiber mixed in at the plant. Rebar is available as a quoted add-on — ask your project manager and it goes into your proposal.
