Will checking my rate hurt my credit?
No. Prequalifying with HFS is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only happens later if you decide to move forward with a full application through the lender.
How much can I finance?
Projects from $3,000 up to $450,000, with terms up to 30 years. What you personally qualify for depends on the lender's underwriting of your credit profile and income.
What can I finance with it?
Anything we build — pavilions, pergolas and patio covers, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fireplaces, concrete and pavers, fencing and gates, or a full backyard package all in one loan.
Do I need equity in my home?
No. These are unsecured personal loans, so your home is not used as collateral and there is no appraisal, no lien and no impact on your existing mortgage.
Is there a penalty for paying it off early?
No. The loan programs described here carry no prepayment penalty, so you can pay the balance down or clear it entirely whenever you want.
Who is actually lending the money?
HFS Financial is not a lender. They are a marketplace that matches your prequalification to unaffiliated third-party lenders, and the loan itself comes from one of those lenders. Parish Outdoor Builders is not a lender either and makes no credit decisions.
