Pricing & financing details
This is the price we quote, not a contract — it is signed and confirmed before any work starts. Monthly figures are an estimate at an example rate of 7.24% APR over 10 years, shown for planning only. Financing is offered through our lending partners Acorn and Lyon Financial, not by Parish Outdoor Builders, and every loan is subject to the lender’s credit approval. Your actual rate, term, payment and eligibility depend on your credit profile, the loan amount and the lender’s underwriting, and not every applicant qualifies. Financing runs from $1,000 to $450,000, terms up to 30 years, credit scores as low as 610, with no early payoff fee. Prequalifying uses a soft credit check that does not affect your score. Nothing here is a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or financial advice.
This price assumes a clear fence line. Brush, stumps, old slabs, steep ground or tight access can move it. 99% of the time we honor the price quoted here. If yours is the exception, you get a revised number in writing first, or your deposit back in full.
